FAQ


Q: What does the Photo Booth look like?


A: Our Photo Booth is an elegant black and white solid wood construction booth. There is bench to sit down. This will bring you back to the booths you remember as a child but with the experience of today. Check out our Gallery page to view pictures of our booth.


Q: Is the Photo Booth made of metal poles and fabric?


A: ABSOLUTELY NOT, our booth is a solid wood and custom-made.


Q: Does the photo booth print out pictures on the spot like the ones at the mall?


A: Yes! But with much higher quality & speed. Pictures are printed on professional photo paper in seconds. Always come out in duplicates so everyone can get a copy.


Q: How many people can fit into the booth at once?


A: At the moment, the record is 11 in the booth!



Q: Is the photo booth easy to use?


A: The photo booth is VERY easy to use. Just press the touch-screen monitor, and your pictures are taken and displayed within seconds. Prints are available outside of the booth.


Q: Will there be someone at the event to maintain the photo booth?


A: Yes. A technician will accompany the booth to your event. They will monitor the booth constantly to insure it's running properly.


Q: Do we need any special kind of hook-up or facilities, to set up the booth on-site?


A: A normal AC power source is great.


Q: Are you licensed?


A: Yes. My Tax Id number is 27-2336562. A copy of our insurance can be provided upon request.



Q: My event is over a year away, do I need to reserve the photo booth now?


A: You certainly don't have to. However, reservations inside a year fill up rapidly. We do not reserve dates without a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. We will accommodate a change of date if we have availability.


Q: Do you provide props?


A: Yes, we bring many different hats, wigs, masks, etc. View pictures from our gallery to view some samples.


What is Wait time?



Wait time is any amount of time that you would like to add in between or setup and your service time.

Our normal setup is the hour preceding your service time. This would mean that if your service started at 5pm we would be setting up between 4pm and 5pm. If you would like us to be setup by 2pm but still not have your service time start until 5pm, from 2pm to 5pm would be considered wait time.

Wait time is not service time – the booth will not be in use during this time.
